Norah Jones Sings Obama's Praises
In an interview in the new (3/8/07) Rolling Stone, songstress Norah Jones earns backstage passes to ObamaFest:
Q. At this point, who would you like to see become president?A nice endorsement, more eye-candy to go with the Miss America support, and a reminder that the Obama camp would do well to add a ballad to the campaign soundtrack that so far features Van Halen and U2. Jones "Come Away With Me" would make a great third single.
A. I really like Barack Obama. I still consider myself a young person, and I feel like he has the potential to inspire young people in a way that not a lot of other politicians do.
Don't know why I didn't vote.
